TurkeyBizCoach began with a single mission: to transform how businesses grow in Turkey's unique economic landscape.
Founded in 2015 by Mehmet Kaya, a former multinational executive with extensive experience in both Turkish and international markets, TurkeyBizCoach emerged from a clear gap in the market. While Turkey's entrepreneurial ecosystem was growing rapidly, there was a lack of specialized coaching services that understood both global best practices and local market dynamics.
Starting with just three coaches in a small office in Istanbul, we focused initially on executive leadership development for mid-size Turkish companies. Our reputation for delivering measurable results quickly spread, and by 2017, we expanded to include startup acceleration programs in partnership with leading technology incubators.
The pivotal moment in our growth came in 2019 when we launched our specialized digital transformation coaching services, helping traditional Turkish businesses adapt to the rapidly changing technological landscape. That same year, we opened our second office in Ankara, allowing us to better serve government and public sector clients.
During the global pandemic in 2020, we quickly pivoted to virtual coaching methodologies, which unexpectedly allowed us to expand our reach beyond Turkey to clients throughout the MENA region. By 2021, we established our Izmir office and launched the Business Growth Academy, offering comprehensive training and coaching programs for scaling businesses.
Today, TurkeyBizCoach has grown to a team of over 20 certified coaches serving more than 500 clients across multiple countries. We're recognized as the leading business coaching firm in Turkey with specialized expertise in entrepreneurship, startup acceleration, and executive leadership.
