The journey that shaped our coaching expertise

2015

Founded in Istanbul by Mehmet Kaya, a former multinational executive with a passion for developing business talent. Started with a small team of 3 coaches focusing primarily on executive leadership development.

2017

Expanded services to include startup acceleration programs in partnership with leading technology incubators in Turkey. Opened our second office in Ankara to better serve government and public sector clients.
